Carry the Fallen-Keith’s March
June 8 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Join us as we come together to fight against veteran suicide. This event will be held in honor of Sgt. Keith Harrup and Cpl. David M. Fraise who served together in the United States Army with the 25th Infantry Division. They sacrificed more than most will ever understand and they did it for the Red, White, Blue. They loved their family and military brothers above all else. My name is Sgt. Andy Springer and it is a true honor to host this event near Keiths hometown in Texas. I had the privilege and honor of serving with both Keith and Fraise during training exercises and also in a year long deployment to Afghanistan. It was during that deployment when Fraise gave his life while conducting combat patrols. Cpl. David M. Fraise was and still is a shining star and beacon of light to all of us who knew him as is Sgt. Keith Harrup. Their sacrifices are not forgotten. We welcome you to join us as we honor our heroes and keep their memory alive and their light shining on as they shined in life. We honor their lives by continuing to fight for something that they believed in and that is to take care of their brothers/sisters in arms.
These road march events are a great way to unite against the veteran suicide epidemic that is plaguing our nations veterans. We are here to let them know that they are not alone in their fight and that there are so many good people out there that care about them and the struggles that they face. This event will be a timed 3 hour road march with the same start and end point.
Safe travels to all of the Military brothers, family and everyone that will be making the trip. If you are unable to make the 3 hour road march you are still welcome to come out and show your support. Everyone needs to register to participate. You can register for free or as an ambassador and choose to get active in fundraising. We need all of the help that we can get and appreciate any support that can be given. Spread the word, get your flags, make your signs and let’s make this an event to be proud of. We hope to see you all there. *Rain or Shine* Thank you all for the continued support.
